The Iron Gym!
If you are thinking about buying a home gym, I highly recommend it. If i were you, I would take a look at the Iron Gym. Yes I'm sure a lot of you have seen commercials, ads, or even own it or know someone who owns it. It is very versatile and really works your muscles. If you don't know what the Iron Gym is, I will tell you. It is basically a pull up bar. But it's no ordinary pull up bar. You can adjust it to work certain muscles in your arms, adjust the height, and do other types of pull ups on it. To compare it to other home gyms, this one is a lot smaller and is one component. Most home gyms are huge machines that have so many workouts packed into one. There are other good, reliable home gyms out there, but for now I will talk about the Iron Gym because it is so compact but one of the most effective. Pull ups are proven to be one of the best workouts to do. It works your upper body and your core. That is what most people looking to get stronger want to work. This bar is even better than some pull up machines because it is so adjustable and can be set to work for you! You can take a look at some more reviews if you would like. But I would definitely recommend this product to everyone! It's only around $40.00 and is even more effective than some huge home gyms.

Pages For Quick Finds!
I separated my posts into categories for easier, quickly finds. If you are looking for ab workouts, instead of searching my blog, just look at the top of the page for the "Muscular Workouts" tab. Click it, and there will be workouts for your abs, chest, biceps, triceps, hamstrings, etc. The same goes with Dieting, Aerobic Exercises, and Kickboxing Workouts (which are very good workouts that help virtually every muscle in your body). For now, the Dieting and Aerobics pages contain no information. I will get to those as soon as I can. But feel free to take a look around the Muscular Workouts and Kickboxing Workouts pages. They are coming along and I will be adding much more to them.
If anybody wants me to talk about a certain topic, leave it in the comments and I will try to get to it. If you would like to see some good chest workouts, say "Hey, can you show us a few chest exercises," and I will do the best I can on answering that. Subscribe to this blog if you want to get FREE exercises, diet tips, and motivation techniques daily. Thank you and feel free to ask me any questions or concerns you have and I'll get back to you shortly!

What About This Blog?
On this blog, Tip-Top Shape, I will be helping you all stay in shape with good exercises that are fun, range in difficulty, and show improvements! Some of the things I show will be kickboxing, which is an awesome workout, some running tips and advice, weights and strength training, and more aerobic exercises because everyone seems to either want to lose weight or gain more muscle. If you want six pack abs, huge biceps, or bulging pecs, you came to the right place!
Remember, the key to losing weight, is diet and exercise. Most people go and run 5 miles then come inside and have a Big Mac! You can't keep doing that if you want to see results. That's the same with diet pills and drugs. On TV, you see all those "Lose Weight Guaranteed" commercials. They tell you just take this and you'll lose weight! That's not true. What they don't tell you is that you need to exercise also to see improvements. And the key to muscular definition and strength is obviously working out and getting good nutrients. Getting a good amount of protein will definitely help you gain muscle mass, but you need to remember to lift weights, use machines, etc.
This is the right place for those looking to trim down or bulk up! Tip-Top Shape will get YOU into tip-top shape in no time!
